Proses Produksi
Dalam melaksanakan proses produksi, Kami menerapkan sistim manjemen Produksi yang mengacu kepada kepuasan pelanggan, dan kami bagi dalam beberapa tahapan seperti dibawah ini ;
While execution in production, we adopt management production to full fill customer satisfaction, and separate in few stage as below;
Receiving, setiap parts yang baru kami terima, akan dicheck terlebih dahulu (parts dengan Delivery Order) sebelum di pindahkan pada storage area. Dan juga menerapkan FIFO system.
Receiving, while receiving part must be checking against Delivery Order to make sure tally than move to storage area.
Produksi akan mengerjakan setiap parts sesuai dengan permintaan/ schedule yang diterima dari customer .
Execution for those part will done base schedule that we receive from customer.
Pengechekan Parts, Inspection dilakukan untuk keseluruhan parts dan kami terapkan 100% check untuk memastikan barang yang kami kirim adalah part yang accept sesuai dengan standar kuality yang disepakati.
Inspection method is do 100% for all of part to make sure part who delivery is accept refer to aggrement of quality standar.
Delivery, mengirim material tepat waktu sesuai dengan requirement yang diberikan.
Delivery, our commitment is to delivery goods base on requirement and target is On time delivery.
Monthly Review Meeting, Pertemuan bulanan akan dilakukan untuk membahas, mereview hasil pekerjaan dalam sebulan mengenai achievement quality maupun output.
Monthly Review Meeting will be held to discuss and review for monthly achievent those quality even Output.
